SPECIAL CLUSTER: PANAMA AS A NATURAL LABORATORY OF CLIMATE RESILIENCE AND ONE HEALTH

This Special Cluster, developed in collaboration with the University of Panama, meets all of the quality and editorial ethics standards of BioNatura Journal.

Each manuscript was managed through the journal's regular submission system and underwent a rigorous external and independent peer-review process. Editorial independence was absolute at all times; neither the University of Panama nor any external organizer intervened in the selection of reviewers, the evaluation of manuscripts, or the final publication decision.

This collection is integrated into the regular issue of the journal (Volume 2, Number 4, 2025) and does not constitute conference proceedings.

New Editorial Policy: BioNatura Journal Now Welcomes Null and Negative Results
In a bold step toward open science and research transparency, BioNatura Journal now accepts original research articles that report null, negative, or non-significant findings. This new editorial initiative aligns with global efforts to address publication bias and foster reproducibility across scientific disciplines. BioNatura Journal curates Special Clusters as thematic collections of peer-reviewed articles published within the journal’s regular issue stream (not conference proceedings). Special Clusters follow the same editorial standards, peer-review workflow, and ethics policies applied to all regular submissions.

Are you coordinating a multi-institutional research initiative or a focused scientific theme? We can work with Guest Editors under strict editorial independence and conflict-of-interest management.
